Our story is woven into the very landscape of Agia Paraskevi. In the summer of 1992, my grandmother, Nina, opened these amily-owned studios in Agia Paraskevi with a vision of hospitality that prioritized the human connection over the commercial transaction.
For over thirty years, we collaborated with established European travel partners like TUI to welcome visitors to the shores of Skiathos. While these partnerships introduced many guests to our property, the heart of our service has always remained deeply personal. Today, we have returned to our independent roots as family-owned studios in Agia Paraskevi, managed personally by grandmother and grandson to ensure the authentic spirit of Nina’s hospitality remains at the center of every stay.
This “Nina and Grandson” partnership is the heartbeat of the resort today. While Nina ensures the bougainvillea is blooming and every studio maintains its signature serenity, I focus on bringing her 90s-era warmth into the modern digital age, ensuring your direct connection to our family is seamless and personal.
